CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
This 3-day internal event with incentive character was originally planned on the Canary Islands with fun activities, whilst still being content driven. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic arising in early 2020 the f2f event was cancelled and a virtual concept was developed and implemented.
Consulting Highlight
Bringing real engagement and entertainment to the audience, which had no virtual event experience, as well as the creation of an elaborate concept including highlights, such as live interactions, mobility workshops and a cocktail class to bring the island feeling to our participants home.
Production / Technology Highlight
A green screen streaming, which merged perfectly with the virtual venue and provided a COVID-safe remote setup with professional speaker backend and various flexible scenarios perfectly adapted to each session’s needs.
Personalized treasure hunt challenging and engaging the whole audience and rewarding the winner team with an awesome prize.
Creative Highlight
Design of a custom island including a beach plenary, workshop cabins and much more to discover, combined with an easy and self-explaining navigation.
