CHALLENGE & SOLUTION
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this expert forum could not take place live as planned in Berlin and therefore a virtual venue platform was created to hold the event. A completely new environment was developed and Ikea branded elements were included.
Consulting Highlight
Full service and client handling including client consulting, concept design, meeting enhancement, technical implementation and live support, event registration, live chat support, roundtable discussions, digital workshop sessions as well as keynote speeches and expert panels.
Production / Technology Highlight
Workshops rooms and allocations were set-up upfront to split attendees quickly during the live sessions.
Digital whiteboards were used for this meeting to support content and to visualize the brand itself.
Creative Highlight
Customized premium virtual venue including fully designed and branded content. The idea was to create the same look and feel as known in the existing Ikea store, so attendees can share a strong sense of identity with the company and the brand.
