Employee buy-in equals success. This creative product launch delivered employee engagement for a new product at a new level. 


Creating an event that’s one to remember is not an easy task. With this product launch we focused on connecting the message throughout the days as well as delivering two main highlights that will stick with the attendees throughout the years.
We showed our guests that they can challenge the norm and think of things from a different perspective. Which is why we did anything but the ordinary, from the way they entered the plenary, (being blindfolded, asked to trust their senses and each other whilst being led down an experience), to the way they had their coffee break (on a boat being able to experience the spectacular Rhine region), together we did something different.


For the gala dinner we went back to basics, with a summer’s evening in the garden, where we transformed a field within a vineyard into the perfect spot for a BBQ and live music. Why? Because we all came together as colleagues and friends – united for a common goal. Success.
We didn’t end it there, but topped it off with a nationwide celebrity to turn a launch into a living, breathing example of motivation. This sales-focused launch gave us all food for thought to become stronger by challenging the norm and pushing ourselves further in the year to come.
