After the strongest financial year in its history, the 35-year-old events agency Proske GmbH will maintain its ongoing success with a new dual leadership team. Thanks to long term CFO Markus Struppler and home-grown new Co-CEO Larissa Steinbäcker, the event agency strengthens its management in preparation for a successful business transition. The two long standing employees are prized pillars within Proske GmbH, Steinbäcker and Struppler, will take over and run the leading outsourcing partner for Events and Strategic Meeting Management Programs (SMMP).
With Markus Struppler and Larissa Steinbäcker, the leadership at Proske GmbH is taken over by decisive individuals, who form the newly created dual leadership team. As CFO and Account Director Markus and Larissa, played important roles in the global event agency’s reinvention since 2020. During the Coronavirus pandemic the MICE industry was hit hard, but as a family-owned business, Proske GmbH established itself as a first mover in the digital event space. By developing a new SaaS platform for virtual meetings and events, the agency was able to transform itself from the ground up, and thereby achieved its greatest financial year to date. Larissa Steinbäcker is the face of the ongoing progress at Proske GmbH, in which important values are retained and new approaches are formed to further optimise these values. Larissa lives with her husband and six-month-old daughter in Malta and works at the global agency remotely from there, at which she started as project manager seven years ago. During which the new Co-CEO took on several roles within Proske GmbH and rose through the ranks to become part of the leadership team.

After nearly ten years as CFO at Proske, Struppler will now, as Co-CEO, usher in a codesigned path to success.
